Has anyone made it into Engineering through FEAS? I'm just looking at my chances in making it.

Did you receive an e-mail which said that you are eligible for FEAS (after the interview of course)?

You are pretty close to the cut-off so I think you have a decent chance of making it in provided that the demand isn't too high for engineering programs in 2016.
