hi! I was wondering if anyone could please define between first, second and third generation rights.
I have some notes from someone who did the HSC last year, and he says that first generation rights are civil and political rights. Second generation rights are economic, social and cultural rights, and third generation are solidarity rights. Is this correct? Also, what are solidarity rights?
If anyone could help, it would be awesome!
