hey guys hope everyone smashed the hsc legal test yesterday
maybe you could help me out?
i have to form my own question from ~
"Assess the effectiveness of various forms of legal mearsures in achieving justice in relation to a current criminal justice issue."
My topic is the defence of necessity (my teacher ok-ed it)
I just need a hand forming my question.
Something like the issue being if crimes can be justified? Not sure about the legal measurs bit though.
