guys there is NO excuse not to have skins now youve got this nice new vbulletin happening

its a cool way for users to personalise the forum! please get something happening! if you need help ive designed skins for other forums so im happy to put something together

that and it'll shut up all those going "ogm this is the upgrade its gay!!" and dont realise its not finished yet and im assuming it was only a database convert to get it up and running and visual touches to be done at a later, more time available time
