Hey guys,
Ive got an essay to do, and the question goes like this...
Describe the fundamental aim of the Australian legal system and Discuss the way in which it is designed to provide justice for individuals and society with relation to the following:
-The Rule of Law
-Influences on the law
-The characteristics of a just law and judicial decision
-Notions of equality
-Recent examples/issues in Australia that support your answer
Now i think i can do the second part ('discuss' part) and link it to the 5 points quite well, but im not really confident on the first part, "Describe the fundamental aim of the Australian legal system", anyone got anything good on the fundamental aim of our legal system?
Cheers
