Can I borrow someones calculator that they used when they were doing Fundamentals of Business Finance. I dont really see the point in forking out 70 bux for it =(

You don't need one. You can use a regular calculator (like one of those $20 Casio ones you get from newsagencies). I'd only recommend (as they do) you purchase a financial calculator if you plan on doing the finance major.

I got through with a HD using a regular calculator so it's no real advantage having one (might take you a few less steps in terms of button presses but I think it's more confusing).

Oh cool, cause when i had my tute, he was saying that you DESPERATELY need one and etc etc..

Apparently they will go through all the normal-calculator steps for those who don't have the Finance Calculator.
