Hey
Doing a Bio first hand investiagtion, and this whatever it is, has struck my plants that are receiving not very much water. Is this a result of fungus, insect, disease, or maybe even that plant devouring itself?

Thanks
Mitch

It depends what it looks like. You can determine the causative agent unless you look at it, and even then, it's not 100% accurate. :)

May be describe the sign?

I'll attempt to describe it, although the pictures aboive provide the best description:
it has lost all of it's chloroplasts (or is has been bleeched-although kind of the same thing) it is semi-opaque, it looks like wax paper, and it is very soft (i.e.e has very little structure) It ends in the leaf yellowing and eventually dying.

Sorry where is the "above picture"??

Judging from your description, it could be a viral infection.

If it was a fungal infection, it should have mold on it.. If a parasite is involved, such as insects or snails, you should have a half eaten leaves or leaves with holes.
