Yes, and I would avoid it with a 10 feet pole if its the same guy from ASB Business Laws teaching it. It has the most ridiculous inconsistencies in assessment grading and no one could tell you why you were awarded the mark as there were no comments in the graded piece of work nor will the lecturer discuss it (probably hadn't been the one marking it).
