Wow, that's a bit hard because I've found the text books we've been given do not deal with it overly, and unless your teacher gives you a bunch of notes its a bit hard. If I were you, go have a look at the Excel Modern History HSC text book it goes over all of it in a few pages. And if you need more I have a few notes and things.
