For school ranked about 230, the average UAI may be high 60s to low 70s. Your marks and ranks suggest that you are well above the average. I would go for UAI around 75.

For anyone other there who may question my credibility, I do not have any concrete evidences to present. However, everyone should realise that this is only an estimation. It can never be accurate in a sense that 75 would be the OP's future UAI. We are just telling the OP the approximate position he/she is in.
