I'm confused with what "upgrade" means here:
"Please note: Do not submit this form if you are applying to upgrade/transfer your degree."
I doubt it means taking honours because if you scroll down, there is a question asking if you're taking honours, followed by one asking about upgrading so I think they mean different things (or they might as well call both the same thing, not mention them using different words).
