that's odd, because I've been the opposite, I've been sucking so badly at school, I mean 57% for my trial, I was devistated at the time. I had already decided that the 4u exam would just be "extra-curricular" but then I did the exam and I was, shit... 75%... well there you go. I put it into the SAM thing and it over tool my physics mark, so I'm happy right now, veeeeery happy. I now realise I've put in a lot more work into 4u since the trials than I thought, well, its all over now anyway, just have to do 3u now, then no more math, ever, yay

70-71/120 :( I hope that gives me ~88 aligned.
I'm sure it will...one guy who did it last year answered no more than 85/120 and got 93, meaning that the Band E4 cut-off would lie around 72-73/120 max. What's more, I think the '05 paper was slightly more difficult than last year's, so I'd be expecting a Band E4 cut-off of around 70/120.

Don't take my word for it though :)
I'm not sure if I'm right and it's just an estimate, but it's up to BOS to decide whether our exam was hard or easy in the end...

I worked out just now that I answered 93/120, so allowing for errors I reckon I'll definitely fall in that 80s range. Hopefully high 80s :p

after going through the solution for a number of times, i think my raw mark will be around 73-77, im quite satisfied actually  since i did not make too many silly mistakes like i did in trial. hope i can just scrape into e4, have my fingers and toes crossed!! good luck everyone in thursday's 3u exam.

Well, hopefully 90/120 will align to 94. I'm anticipating that it will, provided the Band E4 cut-off is no higher than around 73/120, and unlike the 40/120 that I calculated for 2003, this raw band cut-off seems realistic :p
