for the 1st one, i reccommend you write about something that has actually happened to you, it'll be easier to write about and will sound genuine.

for the 2nd bit, you basically have to show how your chosen texts have given rise to intellectual and emotional journeys, and how that has shaped your understanding of journeys, so you would discuss how that intellectual journey has been conveyed, use specific examples, then say that studying that has enhanced your understanding.

its a bit hard to help with essay without knowing your chosen texts.

my chosen texts are lucy in the sky with diamonds and a michael luenig cartoon. then we have to relate them to 2 of coleridges poems.
