Is is just our class, or are legal studies teachers REALLY intensely HARD markers?...In our class it's virtually impossible to get over 21/25...There's a boy in our class who's looking at a UAI in the high 90's easily...his raw trial mark was like 80%...it's like she has a glass ceiling on marks...What was everyone elses trial marks for essays like? .....

if that happens, your whole class will get scaled up HEAPS!!! it wont disadvantage you at all.... coz that guy will get a raw hsc mark of 90's for legal, so theyll scale it up!

yeh, its like that for different skools. I got 23/25 for an essay i thought was worth more...and i got top, but the rest of the class, and the girl that always just beats me only got 18. But i read an essay of someone elses for catholic trial and they got full marks, and i didnt even think it answered the question! it just went through everything, so at least you know for hsc you wont be disadvantaged!!!
