Did you commence your course of study prior to 1 January 2013?


Will you be studying at least part of your course of study in Australia?

What does it mean by the two options above (For Australian citizens) for when applying to HECS?

What do they mean by commence your course? which course they talking about?

Commence = when you started the course (the one you got offered and enrolled in).
The other one is self-explanatory - are you studying here or not.
