The syllabus point:
Legal Issues and Remedies:
- The Hearing (evidence, role of prosecutor, defence and victim)

Page 123... in the Heinemann 2nd edition book...

This seems to covered very, very poorly.

Anyone got a website/notes/scanned textbook pages that I can use?

NB: Don't worry about typing it up if it's not typed up, that's a waste of time...

I'm the same way - Legal Studies Word Document...
Then I'll print that out, summarise that, eventually Crime should fit onto one page double sided I hope :p

I realised this very quickly lol... the textbook is inadequate most of the time, my notes are based on the syllabus and a lot of it is from the textbook but it's offen supplimented with things from the net...

I want to get my hands on the other textbooks as well, or at least another textbook... I could always just live at the UOW Library shuffling between the first floor and the Law library :D
