i got this question for my assignment but don't know how to answer it, help would be appreciated.... thanx



QUESTION: Now that the Federal Government has control of the Senate, Prime Minister John Howard wishes to press forward with his reform agenda. Part of that agenda involves standardizing real estate agency practice and valuation practice throughout the whole of Australia. Although the state already have legislation in this field, Mr Howard feels that real estate agency practice and valuation practice are important issues vital to Australia’s economic and financial growth. He is therefore, keen to go ahead with his reforms.

Will Mr Howard be able to enact these laws? Give reasons for your answer.

Not unless all rural areas get kickbacks to help with their property prices and a slush fund for real estate agents to work in rural areas
