the title really says it all. i've looked everywhere and asked everyone about what the definition of changing self is but i always get some vague answer in a language that is jibberish to my own. can anyone help me? i just need to know what it means in the simplest of terms for tomorrow's exam

IMO, it comes from an experience that is either internal or external in origin, that changes the way you behave or see things. To simplify it; a process that leaves you different than when you started.
