Heya! Just wanted to see if anyone could tell me the whole deal surrounding ranks. More specifically, if you rank first in all your classes does your atar get scaled up externally or do rankings only affect internal marks?

Ranking only affects internal marks. E.g. if you're first and the highest exam mark is 100, your assessment mark becomes 100.

rankings do not affect HSC mark. ATAR takes final mark.
