this is an easy question although i just forgot how to do it.


1 third (x+2) - 1 fifth (2x-1)=


the answer should be -62

(x+2)/3 - (2x-1)/5

= (5x + 10 - 6x + 3)/15
= (13 - x)/15

Do you mean (x+2)/3 - (2x-1)/5 = 5
Then the answer will be -62

(13+62)/15
= 75/15
= 5

Yup Webby's right
for the answer to be -62, the question has to be (x+2)/3 - (2x-1)/5 = 5
