I can't seem to be able to enrol or create a timetable at all. Apparently I have no appointments and the "enrollment basket is currently unavailable". It also says that I've missed the deadline for enrolment. I thought enrolment opened today??

i aslo have no 'appointments' but basket thing worket for me, try calling them.

i called them, one guy picked the phone after 1/2 hour he was so rude. he told me just press enrolment button. i'm like wtf i'm sitting here whole day and pressing that button and it doent work

this is so frustrating. It's not even telling me why I can't enrol, so I don't know if I've done something wrong or left something out, or how the hell I'm supposed to fix it.

do you think anyone is actually at UNSW right now, i think they should have a few people there that can help u out, i know if this happened to me id go there and sort it out face to face.

people who actually did enrolment, can you explain step by step, how you did it. i'm lost in myUNSW web site. anyone?

well i think i did eerything correctly,

step 1 goto www.my.unsw.edu.au
step 2 scrol down and click 'admission services login'
step 3 click continue and follow prompts

then basically u follow promts and select stuff (about your home info and phone number at first, then hecs, then you will be asked to choose subjects and times for lectures and all that)

hey can anyone help me??... i know this sounds stupid but where the hell is the "continue button"? do we have to login to our account first? if so, i still don't see the continue button!

Yes remember ppl, to login to the Admissions page NOT the current student page...that wont work for you until the 2nd week of semester
