how can you go from : 2npi/5 +- pi/15 to the following step:

(6n +- 1) pi/15

yes and how does r2 - r1 = 2(1-y)6(1/2)
They subbed in the equation found a few lines earlier.

And yes Cambridge is enough for volumes, but I suggest doing questions from a variety of books. Different authors have different question-styles.
