Graphics hungry as in good graphics for any platform, or as in something that will test your videocard on a PC?
A racing game with good graphics would have to be Forza Motorsport 2 for the 360. There aren't many racing games on PC, let alone something that will really test your computer's specs. I suppose GTR 2 or NFS: Carbon - they're probably the newest racers released - have fairly high system requirements, but even they're modest compared to other, newer games.
