women joined the workforce, they recycled, kids regularly practiced what to do if there was an air strike, etc. Don't need excel, use your textbook.

i remember now

Women went into the men workforce because the number of men working decreased as they went to war and so women took over there jobs. Women went into ship building, auxiliary branches, weapon making, they did voluntary work to support the soldiers and husbands who went to war. Australia had to go on a ration system to conserve food and money.

Well the only reason why australia was in the war was to stop communism and so the communism didn't spread no more, as it already took over china, korea and advancing south towards australia and the government sought to protect australia by attacking them first and destroying before they reached australia's door steps. But many times australia was attacked in darwin and some submarines came into sydney which was the closet they ever got. The submarine sunk 2 or 1 ships of australia, and you can see it in sydney harbour, the submarine that is.

No... Australia did not go into WWII to stop communism, they were in WWII because Britain declared war on Germany, and because of some treaty (forgot the name), they are supposed to help Britain
