Hey there man. I was taught by a former senior marker for AOS and he said that in the past he had the regrettable task of informing relevant BOS officials of people who he tutored who'd asked their tutors to help them with assessment tasks. Sorry, that sentence wasn't very eloquent but it is considered unfair for students to receive help on assessment tasks - so whilst it is fine for you to have exam prep by a tutor, them helping you out on, say, a take-home essay with a set question may place you in a bit of strife.
