Hey, I'm new here, I think this forum is really good btw!

The subjects I do at the moment are General Maths, English Advanced, Legal, Religion, Society and Modern History. I am not too sure how to study for everything and my pre lims are on September 5th so I have a week and a bit.

I am not too sure how much time to spend on each and how to make notes for everything and about studying for English and remembering quotes and all that jazz!

So you could say I am quite scared lol, how do you go about studying?

Do past papers or in case of maths, questions out of the text book/go and do mathletics or maths online.
I do past papers but I haven't really started studying and my first exam is English Standard on Tuesday (both Standard and Advance at my school is imitating the first paper of the HSC where we do our Area of Study - Journey). I am failing Modern History because I dont understand anything or I haven't learned anything that she mentioned like couple days ago. T.T" As well as Japanese Continuers because I do it via correspondence and my teacher is shite and doesn't give me feedback on anything.
The subjects that I feel resonably comfortable are English, Art, Religion. Drama I am going to blitz it. =]

Good luck!

Thankyou!

I am going to begin with legal studies notes so i have already past notes from part 1 and now will do notes from part 2 and 3. I find legal abit more difficult though so I thought I should start with that however that is on a Thursday...

English is earlier on Tuesday and then again on Thursday hmmm. My religion and society are the same day however I am not too worried about those subjects as I do well in them. Modern is on my second week so I have heaps of time to study for that and I will study that last :)

How do you calm down because I am feeling like I care and then at the same time I do not care because I hear people saying it gets wiped off anyway?

Yes. Year 11 marks do not contribute towards the HSC, however if you have this mentality - you would not necessarily perform your best (first hand experience and many other of my friends). Treat it as a serious exam, study hard so you can truly analyse your weakness before the real course commence.
