like.. by looking at the timetable classes there is many hundreds available slots.

or am i looking at the wrong place

Because students can pick whatever courses they want - you don't know if Commerce is full because the people taking first year accounting can be Commerce students in first year, or second years, or third years, or people wanting to take a general education course.
