Acids;
HCl- your stomach.
Ascorbic acid- vitamin C
Citric acid- fruits
Bases;
Ammonia- piss
Calcium Carbonate- limestone
There's more but I can't remember them atm. Now do a bit of research and find out their chemical composition

Start with technical definition of bases and acids. I.e. H+ and OH-..... Then Show Equations of naturally occuring bases and acids and then use full ionic equations.
