How do you capture a web page? (1 Viewer)

I always see people capturing a web page or a part of the page. So how do you do it? I have no idea. Thanks.

press the print screen button on your keyboard, open up paint and paste, and cut out what you want with the scissors and save

I thought it had something to do with the Print Screen button. I have been wondering how to do it for about a year now and all I was doing wrong is that I had "Office Lock" on my keyboard enabled and it wasn't letting me do it. Thanks for your help felix_js.
