I do EE2 and Textiles... so how do they work? Cause EE2 doesn't have an exam, and Textiles has internal, exam and major work...

Your EE2 work is also marked externally. So you have your internal assesment mark, which includes your major work. Then your major work is marked externally (I think it is only the major work but Im probably wrong)

I am so confused... I think I get EE2 - there's two sets of 50/50, but for Textiles, there's a 100/100, a 50/50 and a 100/100...

Ok Im not sure how T&D works but for EE2 one will be your assesment mark and the other your exam mark there are plently of threads on the difference in these. Basically they will be averaged.

English Extension 2:

Your assessment consists of your usual assessment tasks, which assess the process of creating your major work.

The Board assesses your major work as a product and this becomes your examination mark.

Textiles and Design:

Your assessment consists of your usual assessment tasks, half of which are independent of your major work, and half of which assess the process of creating your major work.

The Board assesses your major work as a product and combines this result in a 50:50 combination with your examination mark to form your final examination mark.

So the school never needs to see the final polished version of the MW for an EE2 student?

*looks blankly*

Huh? School sees the final version, school is the place where it gets bound and approved and sent off...

Oh~! I get you - no, it's marked as a process internally - but it's still seen over your shoulder by your teacher every week... so the internal assessments are a Proposal, Viva Voce and Report - VV is like an interview about how you've gone so far... the other two are self explanatory
