English only is looking very popular at the moment :p

Connected question: how many other people do your extensions? There are three Ext1 Maths students, plus one who's accelerated, out of ~35 students, at my school.

At our school 10-15 to do each of maths and english extensions. Which is not alot considering our year group has about 100 people.

Everyone in our school is forced to do Extension 1 English. Don't know why - that's just the English department's policy. But since our school is about 80% Asian (and so is our grade), about 98% of students do Extension 1 Mathematics too.

Oh, but you're allowed to drop Extension 1 next year, which is what I'm doing. But apparently the school has 'proven' (dunno how), that even students that do Extension 1 in Year 11 get better results in Advanced in Year 12.
