This time last year i had lots of research and no 'actual work'.
Oh, and the first 100 or so words of my reflection statement.

So far I've done about 40 pages or so in my log book just documenting ideas, my thoughts, etc...I've done a first draft for the script to my short film...but after I read it, I realise how pathetically shit it was. So after all the work I've done so far, I'm starting again. I'm just starting to panic because I'm not sure if I have the time to finish it. We'll see though.

This time last year I had a 3000 word draft done, but scrapped my idea after a while. Just make sure you have solid research!

holy crap everybody from last year/this year has done heaps!

i havent done much either. im kinda pooing my pants about it.
ive kept up work on log book, coz i love it. i actually love log books too much to be normal.

and ive researched, done reading and thought about things but...have not really done much. im doing performance poetry. so i dont really know how to approach it. ive kind gone right into the deep end.

we'll manage though! im glad not everyone has done heaps...

What's worse in this situation? Me having done almost nothing with my script for my film, or you having completed the first 3 minutes and no log book? The latter methinks...since the log book doesn't get marked, you're better off. Log books are easy to bullshit anyway. I'm bullshitting my Drama IP. It's actually quite interesting...like the Learner's log books :D

i just need my log to have regular enough entries so my teachers can be BS'd for viva voce and all that stuff. somehow i dont think they'd be too impressed with nothing from early nov - late jan. esp considering i was at school for a few weeks of that

I really hadnt done that much.... only one or two poems I think. My research was mainly just reading the work of different poets and authors which I had been doing steadily for a while, but yeah I remember about this time last year thinking hey i'd better actually sit down and do something! But you kids are seriously stressing way too much at this point in time.

I worked out a storyline for my movie, and I've done a lot of verbal brainstorms on the storyline. Thats about it for the holidays, but I've done other stuff before. As far as end product goes, I've worked out a rough storyline, locations, and half of my cast. Is anyone else having trouble finding the person their script needs in their family and friends? For movie that is, sry.

I've got just over 2000 words drafted, but it's not exactly linear- they're just jumbles of thoughts that don't fit together properly. My teacher told us to have a draft ready for our first lesson (that would be tomorrow), but I don't think I'm the only one who hasn't done it.

An incoherant peice of existentialist rambling and some reserch to add to my already overflowing cache of useless but vaguely interesting information. and that my friends is the complete and final summary of what i have done this hols.
