I just got my results for my second assessment tasks and silly mistakes have ruled me out from ranking within the top 3 in my grade and I don't know how to improve either as I do a lot of past papers anyways.

Check your answers by subbing into the q (where possible), be relaxed/calm, identify the mistakes you usually make and consciously avoid them. One thing I’d recommend is a mistakes list, where you write an explanation of every silly mistake you make. It forces you to think about every mistake instead of just brushing it off as a small mistake
