hello
i was just wondering, i always thought to calculate your marks and thus your uai, they counted 50% of your actual HSC paper, and 50% of your internal marks (taking into account ur rank).
now one of my friends said that your internal marks dont matter at all, and they only take account any internal for your rank only. is this true? does this mean that you hsc exam is then 100%?
ah help me

Only the ranks matter. The exam marks 'become' your assessment marks. For example, if you're ranked first in your class, you receive the highest HSC exam mark in your class as your assessment mark. If you're ranked fifth, you receive the fifth highest exam mark in your class as your assessment mark. And so on.

This is wrong. Consult your local Laz for more information, all alternatively use the search function.
