Stupid question.. when enrolling for a course how would you prove your uai since you don't get a certificate with you uai marks? or do you just get a certificate with all your subject results? then attach that to your enrollment form? what is the procedure?

There is no need to prove your UAI/ATAR at enrollment. The universities have access to your uai/atar as they own UAC. Indeed, you would not have received an offer for a place if your UAI was insufficent.
