Generally teachers want you to make a point about the journey being positive, right? So in your writing show how the journey has led the persona to a greater knowledge of themselves, the world or people etc.

The 'how' means mention techniques.

So start off with an arguement for how the journey has 'led to a greater understanding' and then try back it up with techniques
