For eg, if markers in the HSC comes across few exam papers that have the exact essay.. What do the markers do? Like I mean these people probaly downloaded essays and memorised it. What happens? What do the markers do? Is is accepted?

Are you asking what would happen if a HSC marker came across an essay that was completely identical to one they already marked?...Well its possible the essay could get 0 because the copier obviously never applied their knowledge to the question therefore there isn't alot to mark. So it is a really bad idea to plagiarise an entire essay and use it.
Using knowledge, ideas, form and so on to help inspire your practice essays and to an extent your exam is fine though.
