I have offers from both RMIT and UTS - Can't Decide (1 Viewer)

I have offers from both RMIT and UTS but I cannot for the love of all things beautiful decide which uni to go to. I am hoping to pursue creative advertising. For RMIT the degree is BA in Comm (Advertising). For UTS it is BA in Public Communications.

Well, I just dropped out of pub comm, so I don't recommend it. Actually communications at uts in general has quite a few people dropping out. They've recently restructured the course, and it's not really working out. I personally found it dull and unproductive..but apparently it substantially improves by the 3rd and final year.

I'm not sure about the advertising strand, but from talking to people who finished the degree majoring in pr, they found it repetitive and the work not particularly gratifying.

Just my opinion though, and I was only there for like 7 weeks, so feel free to disregard.
