hm it looks good, just wondering if it'll be realistic? do you think you can sustain 5+ hrs of work w/ 5 minute breaks in between each session? bc if not if you set up this expectation for yourself it might be hard to stay motivated when you eventually can't stick to these blocks. however, if you know you have that stamina then great!!

i mean it really depends on how you study as an individual. if you're not too sure maybe make two or three separate formats for low, medium, and high energy/motivation so you'd still feel somewhat accomplished if you complete a low energy study day when you're feeling extra tired/if you're busy with other committments, etc. which may help with consistency

Have you considered waking up at 6 or 5 am to study? It might be helpful and you can have more free time in the afternoon. I do not think four hours or five hours in one session will be sustainable.

In general you seem to be doing too much which will likely lead to fatigue. Consider only making notes on weekdays as well as homework. Do some, but little practise for on weekdays. You can practise extensively in weekends.

I feel like, rather than focusing on the time spent, it might be more worthwhile to categorise each day into a few subjects that you'd focus on. This way, rather than focusing on say "I need to study maths for 2 hours," and kinda having to push through, you can instead tunnel into a specific topic or types of questions you'd like to focus on, such as "I need to figure out how to answer type [xyz questions]." I think it's generally better to focus on topics that you'd like to get through in a specific day rather than sticking to a rigid time schedule.
