does anyone know what the actual criteria for the I.P performances are?
such as are there any particular inclusions or exclusions that are important??
ALSO
is it prohibited to do something from a book or a movie??

Your teacher should have given you a syllabus which outlines what can and cannot be a part of your piece (in broad terms). If you don't have it, it can be found at the board of studies website.

In addition, I must note that weapons of any kind (including items like water pistols) are banned from being used. Examiners have the right and power to stop your performance if these items surface.

Finally, you piece can come from any source, that includes books and movies. Use a variety of sources for your inspiration.
