Option 1. Assuming you don't get decent marks (HD) in your other options. Otherwise they are the same. Option 3 is a bit fluffy though.

I'd pick three, because one and two wouldn't suit me at all. Honestly, three seems out of place compared to the other two. One is probably your best option if you're into that sort of thing.
