Hi Mels,

I have a few concerns about your topic. There are a number of ethical issues you need to consider before jumping into this one. Firstly, the areas you want to investigate are highly personal/sensitive topics. Do you think the people you will interview/survey will be 100% comfortable and 100% truthful with your questions? Studies show for example, that people often do not feel comfortable and often lie about their financial status. What are you going to do if someone reveals that they have been in an abusive, violent or illegal relationship? What i'm posing of course, is an extreme, but part of formulating a research question is all about understanding what you're capable of coping with at your level of experience.

My advice would be to find a safer option.
