Enterprise agreements
Like awards, enterprise agreements set out the minimum conditions of employment. Unlike most awards, enterprise agreements cover specific enterprises or projects. They are negotiated voluntarily between an employer and either the employees affected, or a union in their behalf. Enterprise agreements may cover some or all employment conditions and override any inconsistent award provision.
so i guess technically they are not the same but they are very similar.. it would definitely depend on what the task is asking you to do??
