Im having so much trouble with this topic...

My questions are

1. Select one pattern of work and describe it, descirbe how it helps the family's needs and use the ABS to find out if there are any trends concerning the pattern of work,

2 What is a group need

3 Examine what work place factors provide EQUAL ACCESS TO WORK ENTITLEMENTS FOR FEMALES AND MALES

4 describe how individual and group needs are met through work

5 Explain 3 social factors leading into changing workplace patterns

6 Examine the extent to which entitlements and regulations in the workplace protect the welfare of family memebers

7Outline how supportvie workplace structures like trade unions and employer organizations protect the wellbeing of the employer and employees in the workplace.

Any help would be AWSOME ! :D
