I have recently been given an essay question in which i must respond to in class (45 mins). The essay question being:
Explain the reasons for the failure of the South Vietnamese government to maintain control over its people by 1968.
OR
Evaluate the view that US intervention was primarily responsible for the sufferring of villagers in south vietnam and Cambodia.
I am not sure which question to choose, currently I am leaning towards the second one, but again I say im really not sure.
It would be great if someone could help me by telling me which question would be better and more to write about, along with some points to talk about.
