Information on Transfering (1 Viewer)

I've been googling around on any general info about transferring and only seen some vague results.

I want to transfer UWS: B Comm to USYD: BA(Media and Com)/BSc or Macq BA(Media) next year.

I've been told I have to apply on UAC before september
and also I have to talk to my Uni first?
and if i apply during september which is during my 2nd semster do they count it as a full year?

Also I want to do media arts production, So I also want opinions if USYD or Macq is a good choice

I'm just really confused.

I would take USYD, check the website it will tell you more

Oh and im not 100% sure but i believe you need certain marks to be able to transfer
