Hey does anyone know what speeds the intel 810 mobo accepted? I bought one from an auction but i cant seem to find what processor it is. Its a slot 370 if that helps. Thanks!
It depends on the motherboard. The 810 is only a part of the motherboard, and it is the motherboard that multiplies the bus speed (determined by the chipset) to provide the CPUs clock frequency.
You can try something like CPUID to see if it can pick up the manufacturer and model of the motherboard.
Or if these programs turn up no results, there has to be some sort of id number of model number written on the motherboard somewhere, see if googling this will turn up any results.
