Yes there is, the top line of the RHS simplifies to I(x*dx/(sqrt(4x-x^2))) =/= LHS.

What's arctan? is it the same as inverse tan?

ye, some textbooks use arctan instead of the -1. i personally think its a better way of writing it and makes sure theres no confusion.
