Internal Course Transfer (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know if the course transfer GPA's on the following page are the absolute minimums required or can you possibly apply if you a slightly below the cutoff?

minimum, cant go below cut off

for law its different, its not going by the minimum but more so how many they can take (obviously the ones with highest gpa gets considered)
