Dunno but it'll look good on your resume (unfortunately i'll be doing a summer course at the time and so can't do it).

edit: oh shit i sound like isaac... next thing you know i'll be wearing a pink shirt. (heheh just kidding man, gotta love that crispness)

this is the e mail in the mac email:

HI!

Do you enjoy meeting new people?
Are you interested in improving your presentation skills?
Do you enjoy a challenge?
Are you interested in meeting people from other cultures?
Do you wish to improve your communication skills?

If you answered yes to any of the above then this is the program for
you!!

Macquarie International Student Services is currently recruiting
student buddies to assist us with orientation for international students
in Semester One, 2005. To register your interest send an email to:
jeanette.pastor@io.mq.edu.au and request an application form.

So what is an International Student Buddy?

As a buddy your main role will be to assist international students
during orientation and their first few weeks at Macquarie. You will be
assisting students to sign up for orientation, and provide information
about the schedule and activities. You will be involved in the
presentation of essential information and the implementation of the
social activities program.

What are the benefits?

There will also be fantastic opportunities throughout the program to
develop your presentation, communication and leadership skills. You will
also receive a free t-shirt, certificate of participation, discounted
tickets to social events. Most importantly you will be helping new
international students and your efforts will be recognised and
acknowledged.

What is the time commitment?

You will need to be available for training on all of the following
days: Wednesday 2 February, Thursday 3 February and Thursday 10
February. Should you not be available you are still most welcome to
register your interest, however, we cannot guarantee you will
participate in all aspects of the program. You will also need to be
available for at least 4 days during the period of Monday 14 February -
Friday 25 February, excluding weekends. There will be some opportunities
on weekends, though these are limited.

How do I register?

Send an email to Jeanette Pastor at jeanette.pastor@io.mq.ed.au
Simply fill out an application form and if successful you will need to
be available for the training and program dates as listed above.

nd: dude i'm loving the pink shirts over here. pink shirts own. i just bought a really crisp Hugo Boss one as well. Glad to see that you like pink shirts now :p
Sif, i still stand by my by view that they're softcore and homosexual. I just have a newfound appreciation for the crispness, in fact i've bought 4 crisp shirts since i've been here, only problem is that i've gotten a little weight, and i forgot to account for that when buying shirts, so i don't know if they'll fit me when i get back and start bulking again, my traps are just too big.

edit: i take back my comment about my traps being to big, traps can never be too big! Oh and that Sly pic must've been doctored, cos there's no way someone as good at blowing shit up (i.e. hardcore) as him would wear a shirt as girly as that.

edit 2: then again, he did stop making rambo movies, which is a pretty softcore move.

dude i'm losing weight too, it sucks. i'm down to 75.... i've been gyming 3 times a week though. just not getting enough food in. food here is not conducive to bulking up...it's all oily and sugary. tastes good though.

did u manage to find a decent gym in dubai??? i'm thinking of getting a tub of protein while i'm here.
